Yup, they have made a bunch of changes to prevent that from happening. FB is not as easy to hack as it used to be.

You need to make sure that you are optimizing the amount of hashtags you are using. That will bring exposure to your page. Other than that, like and follow those are already have a much of people that they are following. They will be more likely to follow you.

You could try Mechanical Turk and put up a job to pay for YouTube views. That would allow you to get views with unique IPs

Depends on your target market. If you are targeting mostly women, then go with Pinterest for sure. If not, go with Instagram.

It is not dangerous at all. Instagram allows you to do it. You just need to make sure that the site that link goes too isn't sketchy

I would definitely recommended using multiple IPs. 300 logins from the same IP would be a red flag for FB.
