I am a noob, but someone told me that if you have duplicate content google will hit you? Is this wrong? Please don't hate me as i am new to this.

I like the idea of a network of contacts to arrange this. Infact i think someone could make a few quid doing it. Maybe finding a few flats in cheap but nice places, and advertising them here. Maybe throw in a tech install too. That way any client would only need Himself, his clothes, his card...
