Our lists are clean, but it seems like the last 6-9 months the quality of inboxing at SES has gone way down. Do you have any insight? Are different regions higher quality than others?
Previously had always just got the account, and sent MAX right out of the gate until the account was terminated because otherwise risked losing investment. So you think its now important to warm up slowly, even if the risk of account being banned before revenue generation is there. Interesting.
SES required SPF, DKIM and DMARC to be authenticated before it will move an account out of production now.
In your opinion, is there a difference in quality of the accounts by region? ie. N. Virginia better than Tokyo for inbox delivery?
Also experiencing tightening with Gmail AI, as well as many other ESPs. I know there are services that are basically glorified seed lists, but interested to see if you find a solution.
Yeah data is solid. Back even 2 years ago we would just crank 50,000 sends out of the gate in fear of SES killing the account ASAP. You think warming slow you'd still get enough time out of it?
Is churn and burn Amazon SES for affiliate marketing still profitable?
We have the lists, have monetized them for many years.
Big ESPs are not inboxing anymore. We are thinking about going back to churning through Amazon SES like we did at the beginning.
