IG is local geo only, we don't deliver outside 20 miles. Shopify is just our online option for ordering. Most of our orders are still done in-store. Our niche is luxury flowers. They come in big boxes and usually go for $100+. Thanks for the advice!

I used to run ads on Facebook but I was told by another local marketer that less people are using/seeing those ads? It's also very likely I did not set them up correctly, this was about a year ago. I'll give them another go, thanks :)
