Whats the issue with namecheap? I've used them in the past and was able to pay with BTC I think, you just fund the account and then can order whatever you want, the support are very helpful too. Apart from that I'd love to hear other options myself.

In the past I removed my own old accounts from now "meta" by contacting them and sending in my ID card, now they don't have human support I think so it may be harder
