Bulk accounts buy is the best platform. I'm not affiliated with them, but I've bought hundreds of agend and new gmail accounts from them with 0 problems.

I use 50 email accounts and send 20 emails per account each day. I have a virtual assistant doing it for me. And no we don't use proxies, but we should. Make sure that it's a set proxy per account though. You don't wanna be signing in from a different area every time as that will raise red flags...

Create unique accounts and send emails from them. One account can typically send 10-20 emails per day without getting blocked. If you warmed up your accounts over a couple of weeks you can send 50-70 per day MAX is what I see. Otherwise your email account will get blacklisted very fast.
