Thanks, getting stealth PP account verified with VCC is not a problem, but how then you manage cashing it out anonymously. I need the money in hard print :) and I reside outside US. All the 'Prepaid Debit Card' sellers I know here in UK require you personal details, and unless there is a way...

Soldit, I guess cashing through an Offshore card tied to Offshore B/A through local ATM's would less expose you to govt, albeit this might involve additional conversion and withdrawal fees.
