We use one Phoenix datacenter as well, and they are also experiencing an outage. As far as I know, Namecheap is also hosted in that same datacenter, at least some of their services. The main cause is that their cooling system failed, and the whole datacenter is currently overheating.

I was talking about articles themselves, not repurposing them. So, no, they are not duplicate content in the sense of having the same article on multiple domains. So, if we are talking about the context of this thread.. it is not a smart thing to do to post a single article on 1500 domains.

Articles are a different medium from videos, and Google uses them differently. Also, it's basic SEO knowledge that duplicate content is bad. Not sure why you made such a comparison, or am I missing something?
