Yes, you don't have to register the cards, just put it in the phone enable the roaming services if required and you are ready to receive texts.

Well i have a dynamic ip and after i create 2-3 accounts i reset the router and keep going but sometimes when i have the massplanner running i don't reset my ip for 2-3 days. I will try to operate 5-6 accounts in different hours and on different ip to see if that works out. Thank you.

Hello Zigmas. If you have dynamic ip just use it and you ready to go.No need to spend money in proxies just reset your router,clear cookies and its good to have 4-5 different browsers.Good Luck
