I use this site and it seems pretty good. The only problem is that there are a limited amount of free servers so you have to wait.

If you can not afford photoshop I would recommend practicing with gimp until you can.

I am guessing that English is not your first language. I would suggest improving your grammar, it will make people trust you more. Another thing, have you posted your service on any forums yet?
