Just in case someone finds this thread, I made a new Adsense. I saw people on here who tried linking a new YouTube channel to an old Adsense that was linked to a banned channel and their new channel was banned within a day. No ban so far, waiting to get monetized now.

*Update I just found out that you can request an EIN on the irs website, they deliver it electronically instantly. If I make a new Adsense account with this new EIN, new address, bank, BUT the same name should I be good?
