UTC timezone. The whole idea was to develop an app that creates a report every midnight so you can see how many fans, hearts, etc you gained in the last 24 hours. Real-time stats are not the priority.

That has nothing to do with the method I guess that you were using a bad proxy and/or bad account Check out marketplace section, you can find some good providers for aged FB accounts and proxies

Just don't make it obvious that it's an advertisement and you should be good. This can bring some cash for sure. :)
