Upwork is great to find quality clients. Make sure your profile is 100% complete, and show any previous testimonials to your work (outside of Upwork).

+1 for Nestify, been using them for over a year now. Their support can be subpar, other than that they have great speed and value.

Might as well go with something fast, as mentioned above GeneratePress is great for this - also, Astra, Kadence, Neve, Blocksy

You wanna source public domain or cc0 royalty-free images. You can use these without any restrictions or repercussions, though sourcing exactly what you need may prove difficult.

Grammarly is good, though for me Sapling catches things that Grammarly misses. Sapling has a 30-day free trial, no CC required.
