Wait, what?! So if a client's site gets hacked and infected with malicious code, you SUSPEND THEIR ACCOUNT?! That's the first time I've ever heard of such a thing. One of my sites was infected once and the hosting company's antivirus quarantined the infection and told me to delete the infected file.
