I am talking about facebook page as well there is a option of edit page on facebook page isn't it?

Go To Edit Page>Manage Permissions>Set age restriction to anyone (13+) and make sure there are no country restrictions.

Edited i guess because facebook removed page wall so long ago

I had the same problem i didn't provided them any id card they deleted my account after 30 days

If you want to add admin to your page He should be your friend or ask him to like your page then as him for the email just go to edit info>manage admins add his email and save changes fill the psw and you are done
