from what seen the main issue still the identity check when it comes to getting paid an id from an unsupported country may not pass even if account itself is from a supported region using an llc does not automatically remove need for personal verification either

tiktok changed quite a bit around signup and verification so old method may not behave the same now custom domain emails could still work for some signups but account setup and trust signals matter more for keeping them stable
