As I said I contacted facebook but no response. I used the form in help center something about outstanding balance help and send an email to ads team... I did not see an option to pay the outstanding balance manually... maybe I missed it don't know for sure

Yes I know but that's the problem I have a CC attached to my acc with money but I can't pay. There's no request for the payment to be done... I contacted support but they didn't respond yet... PS: forgot to say thank for the replay
