Start with basics, from w3schools. Get your syntax right, before trying anything funky. Although PHP may have some similarities as JavaScript, they're significantly different.

I'm willing to help, but you're best off learning the ways of PHP, and posting any issues here. It'd be really bad if we just gave you code outright, as you would not learn a thing!

Sorry, could you please be a tiny bit more specific? Do you want the page to GEO data retrieve the visitor, then re-direct them to a specified URL?
