Yes, I contacted their support. I opened a ticket saying that the server was never provisioned and kept following up there from time to time. After about 3-4 days they finally replied, asked me for a USDT TRC-20 address, and then refunded the full amount I had paid.

I paid $35 upfront for 3 months (quarterly billing), but the server has never been delivered. I have sent multiple support tickets by email, but I have received no response at all. The Digihub has also not logged in to the forum since December 31, which makes the situation even more concerning...
