Ok, Thanks for your help. I think payoneer can help me to achieve it? It can create virtual banks in EU or USA for me. Then I use it to create stripe. But is it legal?

I prefer a way without creating a company. Can't I create a personal account? Also thanks all for the help.

How can i create stripe account in an unsupported country? I don't think they will allow me to use a friend account as they id check or face check any opinions or methods? Thanks! ( I cant afford the 500$, some methods require me to pay 500$ or whatever )
