300$ is not an "astronomical" ammount of money. At least not for that kind of work. Ive configured my 2 servers and i know that good work takes time. 300$ is OK, as long as they do what they are paid for.

Its is normal. I assume you misinterpret it. Windows is "caching" stuff in the RAM so your often used Applications start from RAM ;) Its a feature.

Providing fake positive Customer Reviews for example.... One of many possibilities. :rolleyes::rolleyes:

My expirience also. Let the crazies go... Trust me: its not worth in the long run!
