I tried to create account from Canada e no way. My friend (living in canada) created it successfully. Another friend created the account in Italy and another one couldn't do it in USA. So i think it's not country related but totally random. They are limiting the accounts for some reason.

It happened to me also. But it's very weird since my friend from another country (im in Canada) registered his account without any problem. I tried many times with 2 different emails and always received the messagge "account under review". I tried to contact the support but they don't answer...
