How do you continue to appeal when they already denied the first appeal?

There was no reason. I also didnt do anything against any tos. I had own items, and obviously no intellectual property issues, and that was my first account. It is a standard email text. No reports, star seller, made sales with ads, 5 star real reviews. I cant open a new account, it gets banned...

I think that actually was the personal iban. I just clicked create EU account and got that. Am I using wise incorrectly?

I am trying to make multiple Etsy account but I cant without different bank accounts and cards. Still, where do you get so many different bank accounts and cards that Etsy approves? To your name even? Or are you using different names (but where do you get multiple identities then?) I lost one...

Where do you all get so many different cards, that also at the same time work for etsy? So basically you need new cards for each account, and a new bank account for each account? I suppouse you cant also use a new name for each account (then the bank will not match, and also there are endless...

But where am I suppoused to always get new details and all?

You are selling Etsy accounts, right? Do you have any country? How do I change the name and banking to myself?
