If that issue and fix happened recently then there's a delay that can last for a few weeks at the most. The more traffic the website gets, the smaller the delay. Losing traffic like that its a shitty situation... Hope you'll get back on track soon.

The trick is to mix paid traffic with the already established organic traffic, else, sending only paid traffic to the site will be too suspicious and rise some flag. Then you need some scheme for the page to attract clicks, and get with profits in the end. Not an easy job, and very sensitive.

Have you checked the profile before login? If it was online then the account was live. The fact posts aren't showing up might be due do a bad device or IP used for login. If you work with multiple accounts you need to keep them separated.

What you need is regular activity before proceeding with posts. And yes, an aged account will have a better score but still can be seen as suspicious if it starts to post right away after a long time of inactivity. If you get a steady flow of traffic from that sub I wouldn't risk to post more...
