Funny. I don't think it's PayPal issue but rather Share-It since I have no issue buying through PayPal at any other sites. To be fair, they don't use PayPal express though.

I think the solution now is to buy a US VCC or ask a friend with VCC for help. Apparently, a lot of VCC providers charge around $5 or $6 for the card itself. So discount is already gone.

Okay, I checked with my mates in US and they could get to PayPal page without a problem. Apparently, this is IP address specific, I think. I am currently in Vietnam. It could be because of this.
