This script work for me! all of you guys need is to tweak it a little bit, replace "Followers" and "follow" to your default chrome language. In my case, which is indonesian language, I replace "Followers" and "follow" with "Pengikut" and "ikuti". Hope that helps, cheers for sharing this script OP :)
