Kind of true, but I have been makign them for a long time but newer accounts have like $500 selling limit or even $0. I have been buying them again, spending $100 to $200 and getting $5k selling limit is worth it to me. But be careful buying, I would only buy form confirmed / approved sellers.

I personally have built accounts to over $100k a month in sales, multiple times. I have never used a template... but if my sales ever slow down I guess I should try one ;-). I think they look nice but I have never felt the need to try them.
