I have been using 000webhost for quite a long time and I am overall happy with them. But, the pricing for vps and dedicated servers are so good nowadays that I just prefer them if it's something heavy. For about 12$/month you can't go wrong with a dedicated server.

UPDATE Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know that I didn't finish the job as many other did occur the same days. But, I want to finish it as soon as possible. I can confirm that the files OP uploaded don't really work at all. Will let you know my case though.
