Its always better to use good cloaker containg slef VPN/Proxy to protect your account.

Most of the pople facing same problem now a days but the guesses solution which worked for me is promote post from page instead of direct ads from Facebook Ads and Get you page info correct and verified (very important) else your page may have restrictions. Best way is use a google cloaker also...

It depends on verticle you advertise there are some verticle which are cheap on google but have very high cpc on facebook and vice versa.

In google it takes aprrox 7 Days for appeal, but for some account it takes more than 15 days as well which i have seen in past.

I got it most of the accounts getting banned these days as Google upgraded AI based Review system. The only solution is to contact google and submit an appeal if there is nothing wrong with campaign and website.
