If your on page optimization is rock solid, and there really is no competition, you really don't need to do anything at all. Just make sure your (assuming long tail) keyword exactly matches your title.

If you're set on this, I would suggest putting more of your time on PPC/ Adwords, then SEO. Either way, it's going to be extremely competitive.
