yeah but i don't trade TSLA etc. i find companies that are badly price (imo) and these options will have crushing IV right before and during hard news events IV of options skyrockets on the kind of stocks im trading (look at the tickers). other than that you're not wrong but it really depends...

with $12k options is just gambling on delta while getting crushed by theta decay and iv skew. in high volatility news events the market makers wider the spreads on options so far that youre down 5% when you hit buy

oh yeah. I had 2 big ones, 1 got banned, the other is so-so, but a third smaller substack really picked up organically this month!! it's going well, almost breaking even on the ads. not enough capital to do options efficiently. soonish.
