I woke up and read the news that tumblr will start banning Adult contents. I guess i need to find another blogging platform that accepts porn.

Most of freelancer i've got is from philippines, india and pakistan. 90 clicks 3 leads but very low pay. Is there any CPA networks that pays high on this countries. Or any other freelancers site which dominate and mostly from 1st world countries? or maybe someone could share other methodology...

I did find CPA network that dont call you on phone, so it will be less hassle. ButT he other thing that concerns me is that CPA networks asking for my website. Does all of them ask this. And if so, should i create one and spend money?

Im a super newb(new on CPA) I also having a hard time for this. I find some CPA networks but its difficult to sign up, they require many stuff like they're asking in what way i will advertise their offers(like wtf, should i tell this evil method, is it fine?) .
