In starting out, I would not waste the money to get a VPS. Stick with shared hosting, and grow when you need to! Don't go with the big brands (GoDaddy, Hostgator, iPage, etc) they just care about the bottom dollar! I prefer sticking with the smaller, yet quality hosts that really care about...

Sadly. that is a pretty vague error message. You will need to contact GoDaddy to get more specifics. The bad thing is, it takes them forever to reply to tickets and phone support is a bit sub-par IMO! I would suggest once you get your site back online, find a new host!!
