WP has a few free options. I personally use PrettyLink. Sending my visitors through a link looking like - site/go/product. Can setup anyway you like. Decent dashboard stats widget to track who's coming in.

I focus mainly in the Adult market. As for PPC, I can tell you for sure JuicyAds pays. Haven't had a problem with them thus far.
