For sure, all it is is Facebook ads but you change the placements to instagram story only. The best thing about them is that they are pretty cheap if you can get some good targeting

If you are running the ads through instagram then it is not worth it, but if you are running instagram story ads through facebook then it is totally worth it. One one of my old accounts in the car niche I gained 1000 followers for only around 10 dollars.
