I know some peopel sell ally account to verify paypal account within a few minutes and that can match your paypal information. But I have registered ally bank, it giiven an application number and require to call them.

I tried rushcard and netspend. We can registered successfully online. But it require us to input the card number to active the account. The problem is that I am not in the USA, anyone have solution?
