Yes I agree and I took that risk. Depending on the 8:15 ratio, I am assuming that even if 30% of that list is active, I could recover this amount and make some extra bucks too (probably for a couple of times) once I know what to do of that list.

The problem with most of the Prepaid Cards available in stores like Walmart, CVS etc is they can be used to purchase items only in US, not for International transactions.If anybody knows of a Prepaid card that can be used for International transactions, I am all ears.
