As mentioned above, the fee is taken out of your account once you have the funds to cover it.

You cannot withdraw the money through check from your card. You can withdraw the money from any ATM that accepts debite MasterCard, and can use the card in stores and online. If you have any further questions about Payoneer please do not hesitate to contact us.

The Payoneer card is not available to Indian residents at this time because of RBI regulations. However, Fiverr does offer our Local Bank Transfer (LBT) Service, which Indian users can use.
