You should look into something like Ring Central. You can setup different IVR's, mailboxes, and you can have the end point to be a regular phone, or even forward calls to your cell.

I don't think the number of calls makes a difference, but I can tell you that if you start getting lots of calls google will actually show the call times in the google + page
