I trade only synthetic indices because news doesn’t affect it and you can trade on weekends. Synthetic indices aren’t available on this prop firms. You can only trade with personal funds

No there is no delay

That is paper trading, like real markets conditions but paper cash(not real). I have trade with real funds but it is too small. And not easy to manage and scale.
