Personally I think that is a terrible business strategy (is it even a business strategy?). Forget the copyrights and legalities of it... I for one would not want to build a customer base (can you really call it that) of freebie seekers. It sounds like it will all around cost you a lot of money...

I second the YOAST recommendation. Used to use All-In-One SEO but it's useless compared to YOAST.
