GPT-4 requires payment for both prompts and outputs, with the 8k model being cheaper than the 32k model. Prompts have a lower price tag as well.
Or you can use GPT-4 for free thru Microsoft's Bing.
GPT-4 has a max token count of 32k(50 pages, roughly 25,000 words), and is significantly more expensive than GPT-3.5(4k tokens). It also accepts image inputs.
Otherwise, based on my interactions with Bing, which runs on GPT-4, the improvements appear to be minimal.
