Aside from choosing a keyword to include in your domain name and to loosely base your content around, is there any point to doing SEO nowdays? I mean, everything has to appear natural, which is not really SEO at all, just promotion and marketing really.

Quality content is the only thing that ranks now, since I believe Google is taking into account the behaviour of visitors on your site, bounce rate etc

I looked at the video on the Easy WP SEO plugin website. It looks like it would make your posts way over optimised. 4% KW density? WTF?
