Maybe its because my domain is .net, right? Do you know if domains .to with them show complete whois info?

I got a domain on njal.la and I'm still getting whois info, and about "Tucows Domains Inc.". Is that normal? From my researches, the only service that shows nothing through whois is tonic.to, only DNS servers are shown. But I'm not sure if I trust them.
