Can you share through FB graph API?

So now we need to add throught BM or through page?

Since Facebook new update, I can't add people to personal ads account anymore. Somehow some account can still be added, any how and why? Need help

I often use the old way to confirm the identity when I get asked. My way is use fake ID card and photoshop name, photo, sex, DOB. But it's seem like it's not work anymore (still work with real ID card and real FB). So is there anyway new way to confirm the identity? Like new photo of fake ID...
