I usually using out source from Fiver , but the quality is random , some times it's good , some time it's horrible . And i don't know they can do anything long time on fivers , because when i bookmark articles i try it again and can't find any account with them on that .

Why do you used other card for your own account ? Etsy is so strict but your ways not good For new account , i recommend you can using rdp from vps if you're high budget , or resident proxy for low budget . Or you can pick a mini vps for ssh sock 5
