If you don't have access to the e-mail associated with the account, there's no chance they will respond to your support tickets. Your best bet would be to try uploading the same pictures to a new account and try to report the old one as impersonation. Might not work but it's worth a shot.

I've noticed if one account you have gets flagged, any account that has been associated with the same number will ask to for re-verification. It looks like they want to limit multiple account creation as much as they possibly can.
