Does ANYONE have an update on Instagram's new system???

Instagram has changed the way to reclaim accounts. We need more information on this! I am currently struggling with it right now.

Have you had any luck yet? I am in the same boat as you, and have tried filling out these forms and get the email saying "Looks like you broke the terms and we won't be able to reactivate your account. SOMEONE HELP!

I am afraid of spamming their Facebook, seeing that they are against that, But when you fill out the "let us know" appeal does it look like this? (See attatched file)

When you responded with this email, did you use the email address associated with your instagram account? Or were you using a different email address? And when you got the response, was it sent to the email address associated with your instagram account, or was it sent to your other email...
