Just a heads up, the struggle is real with the route you're trying to go. All the email service providers have seen public lists and ban them instantly.

I'm struggling tremendously as well. This was a good detailed guide. I implemented all these and still got rejected. One thing I could use more clarity on is the 'Warm Up' process. Aren't you just sending back to yourself since you're in the sandbox mode?
