If they ask for verification of ID it does not mean they are scammers. Some have good reasons to do so considering the large fraud volumes and also the people trying to purchase at discounted price by registering multiple accounts. Every provider requests for verification when something is not...

Got this sorted out. By the looks of it the email wasn't delivered properly which is why I did not receive the license. Clarified via skype and got it activated really fast.

I doubt they will shutdown support completely. They might be limiting it for certain users depending on the services they have but a company killing all support would go out of business soon...

ROOSTER worked for me and I am outside US/Canada so obviously it works outside too but most probably you guys used too many similar coupons recently which is why you can't pay for new orders using similar coupon codes. It happened to me too
